Batch Continue Capability is the correct name (and how it has been used in the test cases defined for KMIP 1.4 - tc-q-cap-1-14, tc-q-cap-2-14 and tc-q-cap-3-14).
I expect the editor will simply update this typographical error in table 42 in the specification.
