Regarding UTF.

Hi,

I am new to KMIP.

Seen mention of UTF in v1.2, v1.3 and v1.4.

But i see test cases related to different character support[other than ASCII] only for version 1.4

I believe a Client/Server implementation claiming support with minimum of KMIPv1.2 MUST support UTF character.

Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
