Event "LegalRuleML TC meeting - 25 July" added

Dear All, Dear Monica,

As announced in the last call, I’m on vacations this week and I only have very limited Internet bandwidth since I can only connect with an USB mobile stick. 
I just tested with Skype and it is not working properly. So it is unlikely that I can join the Skype call today.
