Log:
Added the directory schemas/rsd for XSD schemas obtained by automatic conversion from Relax NG to XSD.
Also added the directory schemas/simplified for monolithic versions of the Relax NG schemas.

Also some minor corrections to the RNC schema and examples uncovered during the conversion to XSD.
