This attachment is an Unofficial Note to spark discussion on the system
frameworks  that will lead to resulting data architecture models (document
schema(s)) to support the requirements of Court Filing Policy.

The requirements are still open for discussion and revision in order to add
the well thought out additional sections that out editor Roger Winters has
published.

By the end of the week I will also be posting a draft spreadsheet  from
Khaleel Thotti that identifies candidate items from Court Filing 1.1 that
shall be addressed by Court Policy.
