Karl, Let me start out by saying I mean no disrespect in my message below.
I'm only trying to stave off a list war like some I had witnessed before LegalXML joined OASIS.
First, sorry but I don't see your name in the 'Cc' of any of these messages, only in the 'To' line along with the rest of us who are supposed to be part of the "list."
Second, I believe you had written a similar message a short while back asking why there are so many names in the 'To' line in addition to the TC list.
I'm quite sure that John Greacen replied that he wanted as wide a distribution as possible because the TC was new.
I humbly suggest that it might be more fruitful for you to have a discussion with John Greacen either by phone or by email (between only the two of you) to resolve the issue.
Third, and last, for some reason I am receiving two copies of most postings but realize that for now the as-wide-a-distribution-as-possible mode is in operation and I simply delete the second one saving myself grief.
Eventually, I hope, there will be email sent only to the distribution list making it easier to manage my email.
