I apologize for having to leave the call before it 
ended but I had not anticipated the full time it actually took and I had another 
engagement.
 
With regard to the California AOC, I recommend that 
we sincerely wish them luck, let them know we are ready to help them in any way, 
and tell them that we look foward to a day when we can work together in 
mutual collaboration. If they succeed, the waves will help rise the waters 
for all the ships in the ocean, ours included.
