The Joint Standards Development Team reviewed and approved the two 
specifications for submission to the National Consortium for State Court 
Automation Standards and the Joint Technology Committee as "proposed" 
standards.  The team asked for a few minor changes to the Q&R 
specification to clarify the document.  Shane Durham, Dwight Daniels and 
Roger Winters will be preparing a final draft incorporating those 
changes by Friday for me to forward to the National Consortium and the 
Joint Technology Committee.  Please review the attached report of the 
JSD team meeting to see the changes to be made.  Please post any 
objection you may have to any of the changes requested.  Shane, Dwight 
and Roger will be making further nonsubstantive editorial improvements 
to the document and will post the final version to the list by Friday.

Thanks.  This is a significant step for approval of these two 
specifications by the Joint Technology Committee.
