Here is a diagram showing a conceptual layout for documents and resources on
the our web page. We should practice what we preach and post these in XML.
Is there a standard bibliographic DTD or Schema?

I have a newsletter editor gathering all the document and resources from the
archives for all the WorkGroups. It is still a work in progress. Robin's
collection will really fill out the Court Filing Section with an impressive
array of resources.
