Todd Vincent read the Interoperability comments that I made regarding the
Process Modeling exercise that we are going through.  His comments may have
been directed more to the 2GEFS project participants, but I felt that the
information may be of value to many of the LegalXML participants.  I asked
Todd if he would allow be to redistribute his comments and he kindly agreed.
