Eric,

I see at least two elements that are marked as excluded that probably
should be included - PrimaryContactInformation under both Person and
Organization.  I think that information was in the Court Filing 1.1 DTD.
You may want to revisit the Court Filing 1.1 to make sure that Court
Filing Blue is, at a minimum, a superset of the previous standard.
