I can't support your argument, Tom, because we adopted in New Orleans the
requirement that a court make a hash of the filed document and return it to
the Filer.  We just reaffirmed that principle in adding Document Hash to the
contents of the Record Docketing and Review Filing Callback Messages.  So
consideration of the security of documents in the hands of the court has --
heretofore -- been considered within the scope of Court Filing Blue -- for
the reasons articulated -- implementation of efiling depends upon court
confidence in the security and integrity of its electronic documents.
