The following changes were made, per discussion at the face-to-face plus
email exchange between myself and John Greacen on the list.

Added bankruptcy level codes provided by John
Changed all query messages to extend BaseMessage and removed
BlueQueryMessage
Changed all query response messages to extend MessageReceiptMessage
Changed CriminalFilingType to CriminalCaseInformationType
Changed TrafficCitationType to TrafficCitationCaseInformationType

Per F2F, changed "supportingDocument" to "connectedDocument" in model,
mapping, schemas

Per F2F, added DocumentSignature structure to ReviewFiling model, mapping,
and schema
