In order for the Technical Committee to have a document to
discuss in ,
I have made a few cursory changes to the original document prepared by  and Roger Winters to attempt to make
it compatible with the Executive Summary.



Please go over this prior to the meeting so that we can
discuss what more or less is required for the “roadmap”
contemplated in the following sentence contained in the Executive Summary:



The
Technical Committee is also preparing a more extensive non-technical
“road map” to the ECF 3.0 specification,
to be completed by mid December 2005, to serve as an introduction to the
specification and its various components to make it easier for court subject
matter experts to review the specification for completeness.
