This document describes a recent implementation of ECF 3.0 schema with
LexisNexis File & Serve Bulk Filing feature.

The paper is a 'lessons learned', showing how the XML standard was used,
and what was changed to accommodate the project.

The paper doesnt represent recommendations for what *should* be changed in
ECF.  It is intended to be research material more so than a proposal.

A discussion of potential changes for ECF 3.1 should follow.
