To the OASIS Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee:

 

URL Integration (acting on the behalf of Lake County Illinois) is successfully using the Electronic Court Filing Version 4.01 specification and schemas in accordance with the conformance clauses specified in Section 7 of the specification.
 The usage is currently limited to civil small claims filings in alpha release with full beta scheduled for August 30 2012. And implements all MDEs meeting basic service compliance. Our use will include the interoperation of multiple independent implementations
 planned to be live in 4Q2012 and includes interacting with a third party State Attorney and Public Defender county systems for criminal filings.
