Members of the ECF TC,

In preparing your content for public review, we encountered the following items that we bring to your attention.Â

- The non-normative reference to Akoma Ntoso is outdated (now an OASIS Standard)

- There are a number of instances of hyperlinks to "OneDrive" similar to "https://d.docs.live.net/728701ba7454f41f/xml/ecf5/schema/niem/domains/cbrn/4.0/cbrn.xsd" it seems likely that these are intended to link to the files in the /schema directory (but note the local directory uses "4.1" instead of "4.0")

- There are several hyperlinks to non-existent elements in the /schema directory - likely due to changes in structure or names since csprd01

Following is a detailed list of most of the occurrences, along with a report from the W3C link checker (http://validator.w3.org/checklink).

- In Table 1 in Section 4.1, the rightmost column contains several instances of "cbrn:MessageStatus" which has a broken link to "https://d.docs.live.net/728701ba7454f41f/xml/ecf5/schema/niem/domains/cbrn/4.0/cbrn.xsd". The likely intended target in the local files has a slightly different path, using version 4.1 - i.e., "schema/niem/domains/cbrn/4.1/cbrn.xsd".

- In Table 3 (Section 4.3), several elements in rightmost column have broken links similar to item above: biom.xsd, hs.xsd, jxdm.xsd, niem-core.xsd

- In Table 4, Section 5.2.1, "cbrn:MessageStatus" with broken link is in leftmost column

- In Table 6, Section 5.2.2, several items have broken links, either due to path to "https://d.docs.live.net/..." or to non-existent or possibly renamed local files: DocumentTypeCode.gc, PersonIdentificationCategoryCode.gc, IncidentLevelCode.gc, PersonIdentificationCategoryCode.gc, DelinquentActCategoryCode.gc, IdentificationCategoryDescriptionText.gc, LocationCountryName.gc (this one not hyperlinked)

- "cbrn:MessageStatus" with broken link appears in text in Sections 6.1.4 (once), 6.1.5 (twice), 6.1.6 (twice), 6.1.8 (once), 6.1.9 (once), 6.1.10 (once), 6.1.18 (once)

- In Section 6.2.4, nearly all listed items have broken links due to path to "https://d.docs.live.net/..." .

- Section 6.2.5 has two broken links, to ecf:MessageStatusAugmentation and MajorDesignElementTypeCode.gc

- Table 8 in Appendix E.1 has three broken links, to caseresponse.xml, cbrn:MessageStatus, and feesrequest.xml - due to path to "https://d.docs.live.net/..." .
