Clause Model - DTD Survey

Hi all

Please find attached the first draft of a document which looks at 
various DTDs and related efforts which might provide input into our 
clause model solution.

The document is a bit rough in parts (and may remain that way, at least 
in terms of presentation), but the content is hopefully useful.

If there are any other DTDs which ought to be surveyed, please suggest 
them.  John McC, if you want to prepare something along the same lines 
about RDF, that may be interesting to read as well.
