Welcome and Roll Call

1.  Approval of June 8, 2004 minutes:

2.  Review our requirements document with the goal of reaching closure
    and/or determining what changes must be made so that we could vote on it.

3.  Determine how and when to achieve a votable submission on structural
    markup.

4.  Discuss possible face-to-face in Monterrey around the time of the Workshop on 
    Contract Architectures and Languages (Sept 21 2004)
    
5.  Discussion of the impact of the work of the World Wide Web Consortium on the 
    relationship between RDF and XHTML, the new @property attribute, and preparing 
    an RDF Schema for a contract.

New Business

NOTE: This teleconference is rescheduled from July 27th.  We anticipate a new version of
the XHTML standard from the World Wide Web Consortium. This would allow time for
the appropriate parties in our group to read and digest this new document.
