eContracts TC requirements draft 0.07

Dear TC Members,

Attached is a zip file with draft 0.07 of the requirements document. This
incorporates changes suggested by Dr Leff to sections 5.1 and 5.2. These
changes are shown in the file "eContracts TC
requirements_d0.07_2005-05-16_changes.pdf".
