Draft minutes of the last meeting:

1. Attendees:

2. With regard to the Oasis April Symposium, the TC decided not to have
a face to face but to meet instead in Las Vegas in June in connection
with the National Notary annual event.

3. With regard to nominations, Rich Hansberger expressed interest in the
post of Chairman. John Messing stated he would like to continue as
Steering Committee representative which could leverage the
relationships and experience gained so far in that position. There was
no interest expressed yet in the position of secretary, so this
position will rotate unless Ben Snipes, who was not on the call, is
interested in assuming this role

4. Elections will be the sole agenda item for the next meeting on
December 14.
