I am the justice integration program manager for King County, Washington, and was told by Tom Clarke (of the Washington State AOC) that your committee has issued a draft paper on guidelines for implementing GJXDM3.0.  If such a guidelines exist, I would appreciate it if you would point me in the right direction.  Thanks you for your help!!
