In response to the group's request to plan for an all-day/early evening working session with food provided by the hotel (and paid for by each participant), here are the final details.   Please note that the hotel has agreed to waive any room rental charge and will make the room available into the evening in exchange for the food service.

        All Day Break: 7:30am continental breakfast, 10:00am coffee service refresh, 2:30pm soda and cookies

        Box Lunch:  Choice of deli or vegetarian sandwich, fruit, potato chips, cookie, beverage

        The total food and beverage cost per person will be $31.21.  

As MTG is handling the payment with the hotel, it would be easiest if you could forward a check, payable to MTG Management Consultants, LLC, to the following address by 9/17:
