Document Description:
Through the use of a Traffic Citation Use Case, the white paper will
provide an example of how UBL and LegalXML Justice Integration concepts and
schema development methodology could possible be used in concert for the
assembly of GJXDM 3.02 reference schemas and transactional schemas.  
Through the initial review of the similarities and differences between the
two disciplines, the white paper will propose a strategy for developing a
package of schemas that represent the entirety of the reference schemas now
being developed through the proposed methodology proposed for justice and
the transactional or event schemas being supported by the business
community
