In my view it would not make sense for the Court Filing TC to meet at the
IACREOT conference.  We have a face to face meeting scheduled for June 20-21 in
Salt Lake -- immediately before the IACREOT conference.  But I would be glad to
take part in an information session that Dee arranges, provided it fits with my
schedule.  I will come into Kansas City late on the 21st.  My session is from
9:00 to 12:00 on the 22nd.  I need to be back in Santa Fe on the 23d.  So, it
would be optimal for me to have an information session on the early afternoon of
the 22nd so that I could fly out of Kansas City that evening for home.  Dee -
