I agree completely with the sentiments of Jim's second paragraph.
Certainly this has been a problem for me in concluding a critical mass
with respect to creating the Transcript TC.
I fear this, attached to the fixed 90 day time frame from OASIS and the
start of summer vacations, will leave the creation of Transcript TC in
limbo and a lot of good work lost!
It may transpire that a Transcript standard is an idea ahead of its time
but it would be a shame to allow politics, arbitrary deadlines and the
significant changes involved on moving from LegalXML to OASIS force this
worthy project to end.
