Overall I agree with Dan's especially on SC business being in SC meetings
and his other clarifications.

I agree the documentation of the IP policy and other policies need to be in
an official binding and accessible place. We need to do it.

However, There is a need to close on the change to the ROP so that the OASIS
Board can act on it in their upcoming telcon!

They will be on the agenda for the next meeting.
