Don,

Thank you for looking into this opportunity.  John was also able to
get us a bit of a discount for the first month, as I understand it.

I had asked about our financial position.  How much money can we draw
upon in OASIS?  Enough to finance this through a year long cycle?  If
this expense puts us over or near our budget, then would it make sense
to reach out to other OASIS TC's or Member Companies who are currently
shouldering the cost of conference calls so as to propose sharing the
burden and using OASIS staff to assure we don't schedule calls in
conflict with one another?

When is our next regularly scheduled Steering Committee meeting?  I
believe we have one scheduled before September, if I'm not mistaken.
Assuming we do, I strongly suggest that we plan to vote during our
phone meeting so as to avoid the old problems of e-mail voting and
e-mail debating on official matters for LegalXML on a 24/7/365 basis.
I prefer only making official decisions during live meetings.
