Karl,

Please look at this thread. I believe that the proposed language does not
conflict with OASIS principles. Neither does it conflict with the intent of
our voting process, which is an open vote of those interested persons, shown
by membership in the TC's who have also themselves or their companies have
focused their OASIS resource dollars on the member section and therefore
have a say in the expenditure! Please respond quickly!
