Here is a small spreadsheet showing the status of remaining funds since
dissolving LegalXML, Inc.
To boil it down even further, we transferred the balance of $3,272.04 to my
company account as a reserve to pay:

$1500 for D&O coverage through 2003 (Application submitted, waiting for
invoice)

$750 for a research associate to assemble LegalXML documents and format them
to as yet unknown specs to be provided by OASIS through an RFP process. It
not yet clear if the work will include formatting or the need for this work
at all.

$250 Reserve for Accounting Services for tax returns (We pre-paid $750 prior
to dissolution)

$250 Reserve for Virtual Bookkeeping for Admin support and minor office
expenses (postage, delivery etc. We prepaid $250 but that was used up
dealing with dissolution paperwork.

This leaves an unbudgeted amount of $522.04.
