I just
returned from being out of town. I share your concerns and had taken some
actions even before Scott's Note.
As to
the Website: I have put the contact from West and the contact from OASIS
together weeks ago. I recontacted and reset the priority up weeks ago. I have to
think that they need to do their tasks. My bugging them does not seem to have
been effective. The SC was CC'ed on all of this.
I
spent some time with West's VP of Data Architecture to work out a way of
reinvigorating the Leg/Citations etc, by finding the key association players as
has worked successfully for Court Filing. We need stakeholders beyond the
commercial players only. The community is too suspicious of LN & West. The
customers need their say and I am looking for the customers.
