everyone, 
 
Perhaps 
you'll get this prior to the phone conference, which is coming right up. This is 
the draft "call" for candidates for the at-large Steering Committee positions 
which Don Bergeron asked me to draft for him at our last meeting. I have already 
sent it to Don, but since it hasn't been posted by him yet, I thought we might 
all take a look at it and be sure it is what we want.
