To me the post raises two questions.

First, as a practical matter, should this be interpreted as necessitating a second room for all of the TC's, and thus creating urgency for us to get a second room reserved?

Second, to my recollection the LI-TC has never actually adopted a Charter. I think we can consider this type of situation as an agenda item in our Mission Statement discussions in New Orleans, unless OASIS rules about TC's require us to take action before New Orleans, which I guess Karl can best address.
