LegalXML steering committee:

I've been asked by Eddie O'Brien to be removed from the roster as chair 
of the Transcripts TC, but a TC is required by the TC Process to have a 
chair. The TC has not met or had any email traffic in over a year, so is 
effectively dead.

Would anyone on the steering committee have any objections to my closing 
this TC? Is there any chance of it being ressurected?
