Since I wasn't at the meeting (conflict with another meeting), here's 
some comments on the meeting minutes:

* The SDHI TC was originally proposed to have their first meeting in New 
Orleans, but the proposers decided that a telcon would be sufficient. So 
the first meeting will be a telcon on 15 April 2004 at 11:00 ET, hosted 
by BTplc.

* I asked the SC on 3 March if there were objections to closing the 
Transcripts TC, and I was asked to wait for this SC meeting so that you 
could discuss. Am I to assume from the minutes that there is no problem 
with me proceeding with this closure? As to archiving the TC's 
materiasls, once a TC is closed its list etc. are locked from further 
modification but not destroyed; all of the list archives, TC web pages 
etc. continue to exist.
