Just so we are all on the same wave length, these are the
final plans:

 

Jim Cabral will make a dinner reservation for
us for 7:15 pm on Tuesday evening.  We will
reconvene for breakfast on Wednesday morning if necessary.  Our agenda is
as follows (taken from Roger’s minutes of the last phone call meeting):

 


 Objectives and Purposes
 Chart of Accounts – What We Can Spend Money
     On
 Process for Requesting Resources for TC Use
 Logistics for Member Section Meeting
 What We Can Do On Rejuvenation Efforts
 Reports from TCs – due April 16 to John
      Greacen
 Goals and Objectives of the TCs – Discuss
     (need to be sure that a request for this was sent to the TC chairs –
     message went to Member Section on March 19)
 Steering Committee organizational aspects
     (meetings, roles, etc.)
