I request the funding to support the attached two events.

The amount for the September event will be 300-500,  mostly 300 for the CR
room space.

The amount for the November event will be 1000 to 1500, mostly 1000 to cover
thE cost of a faciltator Betty Harvey who has a greaT deal of credtablity in
the Federal Legislative community.
