This is not supporting individual people in the effort. Both or these are in
the purpose of outreach. 

The first is for the service of meeting space in a location to reach out to
the legislative drafters and the IT community. 

The second is for the services of a facilitator for the meeting to work
through he issues and free up the current TC members and leadership to do
outreach and recruiting.

Getting the current and projected state of fiscal affairs is of course
always in order and I support that request.
