Neither of the persons whose expenses were to be reimbursed
attended the Seattle Requirements Committee meeting.  Eric Tingom was also
prevented from attending by a family emergency.  So, we need not spend any more
time and effort on the reimbursement request.  Thanks for the attention of
those who already voted on the matter.
