John,
I agree with the strategic plan. I also agree with
your revisions to the reimbursement policy. As revised, the wording does
not specifically encourage reimbursing expenses for attending a TC meetings but
it also do not specifically exclude the Member Section for covering the expenses
in exceptional circumstances.

I attach the strategic plan redraft
that I promised to prepare in Las Vegas.
I also attach a proposed revision of
Roger’s reimbursement policy. I am uncomfortable with the language that
seems to suggest that we will reimburse attendance at TC meetings when a TC
member cannot obtain funding from his or her organization to
attend.
