I think that we should avoid reports for reporting's sake.
If there are to be any exercises they should relate to the work of the TCs and
should support that work. A hypothetical example: Let TCs share "lessons
learned," or "open issues we'd like suggestions about."
When there are deliverables, including drafts, they could be presented at
events like these.
If we have time apart from TC meetings to do something for
the TCs and Member Section, I'd suggest it be devoted to helping people get
acquainted, to learn names and backgrounds and what brings others to this work.
Short of that, collecting brief bios from everyone (voting members, at least)
might help.
