Five of us were on
the 10:00 Pacific (1:00 Eastern) call today and we discussed a few of the
agenda items, as reflected in the attached notes. Please let me know if you
have questions, etc., about them and ultimately I'll post them as the minutes
for today's call. We missed you but didn't know why you weren't on the call,
realizing it could be for any of a number of reasons. I told people to be
prepared to be called to a special meeting or polled if necessary.
