Hello all:

An agenda for our March 8 meeting is in preparation and will be
forthcoming early next week after consultations between myself and John
Greacen.

I did want to give a heads up to all that we have received two funding
requests for consultant assistance, one from CourtFiling and one from
e-Contracts that together exceed our budget. I thought by giving an
early notification we might give some thought beforehand about how we
might approach dealing with the requests. I anticipate that a good
portion of our time on the call will be spent trying to reach a
resolution.

The proposals themselves will be attached to the agenda. I have
requested additional information from e-Contracts which I hope to have
early next week as well.
