Please find attached a draft letter from Rolly Chambers, Chair of the
eNotary TC to Elaine Marshall, Secretary of State of North Carolina and
Chair of the eNotary Commission of the Secretaries of State regarding a
draft legal and regulatory standard that the Commission will be
considering on June 19, 2006 for recommendation as guidance to the
various states.
