As requested during our conference call, attached for review and final
comment is a final draft of proposed comments regarding the National
eNotarization Commission Proposed Standard. I've incorporated all the
suggestions put forward in emails and in the course of today's call.

If there are no further suggested revisions, I plan to send the attached
comment letter tomorrow afternoon by fax, email, and regular mail to Elaine
Marshall, the Chair of the National eNotarization Commission.
