Cancelling next conference call

Roger Winters has graciously scheduled a conference call for us, but
sends regrets that he cannot attend.

Inasmuch as we failed to reach a quorum at the last meeting and there
are no pressing issues to my knowledge, my inclination is to cancel the
next call and reconvene in October at the previously scheduled time,
unless someone objects. If there is objection, please post it to the
list and include the reason. Also, if you can attend the meeting, this
information will be helpful in determining whether a quorum will be
convened.
