RE: [legalxml-sc] LegalXML Elections

I had listed this as an agenda item at the last SC meeting but there was
insufficient quorum and Roger Winters was absent. I propose we make this
the first order of business on the agenda for our December face-to-face
in Las Vegas, unless there is objection.
