RE: [legalxml-sc] RE: Election

I think the candidates can each decide voluntarily to recuse themselves
or not from the decision making process but I don't think we can
legally delegate the decision to a subgroup of non-candidates.

I think we need to determine whether we have opposition to nullifying
this ballot while there is time and redoing the election process after
the eligibility and notice matters have been resolved.

Is there any opposition to this manner of proceeding?
