RE: [legalxml-sc] IJ TC status

I think I was the originator of this idea, so if you will permit, I
think the notion is that LegalXML TC's seem to want to become
NIEM-compliant because of the advantages in terms of uniformity,
coordination, etc, to the extent practical, and therefore the MS as an
organization may offer to become a kind of test-bed for the NIEM, if
the SC agrees.
