MS Policy; ROP

I am a little unclear the proposed next steps and the envisioned
chronology with regard to the ROP template, adaptation of its
provisions to LegalXML, necessary approvals, and upcoming OASIS board
meetings. In particular, are we waiting for an ROP proposal from staff
or are you waiting for a revised template from us, and in what time
frame?

I have no difficulty with considering new ROP's so long as existing
contractual rights of the MS are not waived or otherwise impaired.
